Hello world!

Hey there! So, you’re probably wondering who I am, and why did I feel the need to make a blog. Well, being a family that moves a LOT, I felt that this would be a good way to share our chaos with those who we love. I am the wife to a military man, the mom to three girls, a lover of music and food, a birth junkie, an oil lover, and so much more. I love God dearly, and work daily on sharing His love with my girls and those around me. I don’t always get things right, actually I probably mess things up more than I get things right, but I am going to bust my butt doing the best I can. Our life is a crazy, comical, roller coaster… but I wouldn’t have it any other way!!

If you get a kick out of our insanity… Awesome! If something from my chaos can lift your spirits, even better!! Every night when I am telling my husband about my day, he usually ends up laughing and telling me I should write a book. For those of you who know my husband… well, you know that he has one of the funniest senses of humor. He is always laughing… sometimes a little harder than he should be, but it is perfect for this crazy house.  I don’t know that I am always laughing, but sometimes that is all that you can do.

Welcome to our crazy world.

  1. Someone needs to create something to capture the odd, funny, embarrassing, or cute things our kids say. For example; (Hannah returning from the bathroom) Dad: “Did you wash your hands?”
Hannah: “No, (very proud of herself) I used hanitizer…” (as if to say …’psh come on Dad, why would I waste my time using English when I could just talk like they do in Hollywood…?)
And yet again, my 3 yr old gives me a glimpse of 10 years from now when I’ll have 3 teenage girls under one roof. This is why End Of Tour awards are so important.
